Our Story

Some families share a last name. We share a lens.

Three Peaks Rustics was born from three generations of a family who have always found something sacred in the natural world, and a desire to bring that world into your home.

Gary has been behind a camera since 1970. For over five decades he has moved quietly through some of North America's most breathtaking wilderness, driven not by ego but by empathy, a deep and genuine reverence for nature and an instinct to share what he sees with the world. From the bears of Hallo Bay, Alaska to the migratory flocks of New Mexico, Gary has spent a lifetime in quiet pursuit of nature's most extraordinary moments. The camera is simply how he tells the story.

Xander came to photography the way most great photographers do, early and naturally. Now studying at Clarkson University in Northern New York, he approaches the craft as expedition and adventure, documenting his travels through the Adirondack High Peaks and beyond with the fearless curiosity of someone who believes every trail leads to something worth capturing. He is the newest peak and perhaps the highest.

Rory is the bridge between the art and the world. With a background in design and print, he recognized what Gary and Xander were capturing and knew it deserved to be seen. Not on a screen. Not behind glass. But printed edge to edge on premium aluminum and hung on the walls of homes that love the outdoors as much as the people who made these images.

Three generations. One passion. A shared belief that nature's most extraordinary moments belong in your home, not just in the wilderness where they were found.

We print on premium aluminum Dibond, borderless, frameless, and ready to hang, because the art should speak for itself.

Nature Knows No Borders.
